Intropu

Privacy Policy

Current version, valid since October 1, 2026

A plain account of what little we collect, why, and how long we keep it around.

01

Introduction

Intropu (“Intropu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital studio based in Lagos, Nigeria. This policy explains what information we collect through intropu.com (the “Site”), why we collect it, and what choices you have.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you don’t agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

02

Information we collect

Information you provide: If you reach out to us — currently via LinkedIn, and by email once our contact address is live — we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, and the content of your message.

Automatically collected data: The Site does not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may record standard technical server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability purposes, as is typical for any web server.

Local storage: We use your browser’s local storage to remember your light/dark theme preference. This value stays on your device and is never transmitted to us or anyone else. See our Cookie Policy for details.

03

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential work, and otherwise communicate with you. We don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

04

Sharing of information

We may share information with service providers who help us run the Site (for example, our hosting provider), and where required to comply with the law, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Intropu or others.

05

Third-party services

Our Site links out to LinkedIn and may link to other third-party platforms in the future. Those platforms have their own privacy practices, which we don’t control and this policy doesn’t cover.

06

Data retention

We keep information from your enquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of our business relationship, and delete it when it’s no longer needed for those purposes.

07

Your rights

Depending on where you’re located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information — including under Nigeria’s Data Protection Act 2023, and, for visitors in the EU/UK, the GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

08

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

09

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site evolves. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
